By using Oneclickpublish to create, manage, and publish social media posts, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. User-Provided Content

Oneclickpublish will publish posts on the social media platforms selected by the user using only the title, content, images, videos, tags, and other materials provided by the creator or agency. Oneclickpublish does not independently create or modify the content submitted for publishing.

2. Post Publishing Status

The publishing status of a post on the selected social media platforms will be displayed as either Published or Failed, depending on the availability and validity of the user's active and authorized social media access tokens.

3. No Additional Publishing Charges

Oneclickpublish will not impose any additional charges specifically for publishing posts. Access to publishing functionality is subject to the features and limitations included in the user's current subscription plan.

4. No Modification of User Content

Oneclickpublish will not edit, modify, rewrite, replace, or otherwise alter the title, topic, content, images, videos, or tags provided by creators or agencies for publishing posts.

5. Personal and Financial Information

Oneclickpublish will not request unnecessary personal or financial information from users for the purpose of creating an account or publishing social media posts. Users may be required to provide information that is reasonably necessary to create and maintain an account or to enable the requested services.

6. Social Media Post Performance

Oneclickpublish does not guarantee or accept responsibility for the performance, reach, engagement, impressions, interactions, conversions, or other results of any post published through the platform. Posts are published based on the content, media, tags, and other information provided by the user.

7. Social Media Access Credentials

Oneclickpublish will not share, sell, transfer, or provide a user's authorized social media access credentials or access tokens to any third party, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or is necessary to provide an authorized service through the relevant social media platform.

8. Confidential PINs and Security Information

Oneclickpublish will not share a user's secret PIN, security credentials, or other confidential authentication information with third parties.

9. Registered and Verified Users

Only registered and verified users are permitted to use Oneclickpublish's social media publishing functionality. Oneclickpublish reserves the right to restrict or suspend publishing access where account verification or authorization requirements are not satisfied.

10. No Unsolicited Promotion

Oneclickpublish will not use the platform to promote, advertise, or endorse third party products or services through a user's social media publishing activity without the user's authorization.

11. Editing Published Posts

Once a post has been published, creators and agencies may edit or update the post only on the respective social media platform, subject to the editing capabilities and policies of that platform.

12. Failed Posts

A post may fail to publish when the relevant social media account is not properly connected, the authorization has expired or been revoked, the access token is invalid or incorrect, or the selected social media account does not have the required permissions. Oneclickpublish is not responsible for publishing failures caused by incorrect, expired, revoked, or unauthorized social media access credentials or account configurations.

13. Collaboration Requests

Creators and agencies have complete discretion to accept or decline collaboration requests from other users for publishing posts through social media platforms. Oneclickpublish does not forced to accept or decline collaboration requests from others.

14. Prohibited Content

Oneclickpublish does not permit the publishing of content containing sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or other prohibited or harmful content. Oneclickpublish reserves the right to restrict, reject, or take appropriate action against content that violates these requirements or applicable laws and platform policies.

15. Timezone Based Publishing and Scheduling

Oneclickpublish will publish or schedule posts according to the timezone selected by the user when creating their account. The selected timezone will apply to both creators and agencies. Where a user schedules a post for a specific date and time, Oneclickpublish will process and publish the post according to the user's selected timezone, subject to the availability, authorization, and technical requirements of the respective social media platform.
